Vale Road, Tait's Buildings

One side of a sloping road with setts and a row of terraced houses on the right with a wall of diminishing size up the hill and a ornate metal restraining fence in front of the pavement by the terraced houses. These have long sash windows and curved bricks above the front doors and the nearest house has the sign " Tait's bldgs" on the side wall (which has no windows). There are steps down to the road near this house wall and a narrow metal gate wall with privet hedge behind it near the steps.
