From a postcard sent in 1908. Looking north, Heaton Moor Road on the left, School Lane on the right. An open-top double-decker electric tram is on its way to Manchester. A two wheel horse-drawn cart heads north. Note the mail pillar box, also to be seen in images 2284, 22852 and 23082.
