Parade of adults, all the ladies in coats and hats, and children on a road in front of a large building, Cheadle Royal, with shrubs in front and a short wall by the pavement. There are long windows and chimneys on the two pointed gables of the building. In the procession are C R Williams attendant, Ratcliffe foreman at laundry, George Nixon, J Watkins head gardener going to Institute for tea.
