Children's animation. The village of Saint Victor is a flourishing little place thanks to the rooster who ensures that all the villagers are awake at precisely four o'clock in the morning to start their day. However, when a group of citizens decide that they have had enough of the early starts, they banish the rooster against the wishes of the village mayor. Very quickly, the village begins to suffer a social and economic downturn as a result. Aware of the cause, another small group of villagers seek to reinstate the rooster. Will he agree to return and bring order to the village once more?
