Order to enforce the compulsory powers of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Acts, 1845, 1860 and 1869, with respect to the purchase and taking of land. Plan for the making, forming, widening, altering, and improving certain streets and roads, including Millgate, Wharf Street, Lower, Higher and Middle Hillgate, Buxton Road, Bramhall Lane, Churchgate, Bamford Street, Heaton Lane. Lands purchased include Bowerhouse Fold, the Dingle, Offerton Roughs and land belonging to Warrington Grammar School. Lists many properties and their owners and occupiers.
