To the immediate left of this picture the market stall looks to be selling wool. The sign above the stall is not totally clear but says "Cotton Type ?? Only 85p per 100 Gram(?)To Clear." In the centre of the photo are two stallholders in historical costume. He is dressed a bit like a "gunslinger" complete with bootlace tie, and she has a long black skirt, white blouse with shawl and straw boater. They are standing in front of a stall selling clothing. 3 lightbulbs are swinging over the stall.
