Via Stockport Photographic Society. On market day this view looks towards St Mary's Church with the Bull's Head on the right of the shot. An 'A' board is outside saying that the pub will open at 5.30pm. Many of the market stalls are covered overhead and at their backs suggesting it's a cold day. Past the pub, towards Mealhouse Brow is a Weigh and Save shop which sold loose sugar, flour, nuts, dried fruits etc.
