The two stallholders are in historical costumes. She is adjusting his tie. He has a striped apron on and a boater, she has a black hat on and is wearing a shawl. The stall sells sweets, liquorice, treacle, mint and assorted toffees are in boxes are near the front of the stall. Other sweets visible behind the counter are Maltesers, chocolate ginger, Mars and Tunes. Other things on sale at the back of the stall include 7UP, Coke, Fanta and ONE CAL. There is a partly concealed advert at the back of the stall marked "Player's Weights". One box to the left hand side of the stall has "Swiss Chocolate Pralines" hand written on the side.
