Photo taken from the "Cheshire Year Book 1931". Not sure where this was, but the caption said "Oake's Farm, or cottage, near Hazel Grove, which is being demolished to make way for a new street. The building is apparently about two and half centuries old". The factory chimney next door to it makes me suspect it may be Hazel Grove Mill (now Sainsbury's) with Roseberry Street waiting to be built.
