Christmas card with following description on the back, "Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire, Church Road, All Saints Church, the Old Parsonage and the Church Inn. All Saints Church was erected in 1862/3, following much increased demand for a new church. The local church hall was used as the village school, and in 1865 the old parsonage was built. In 1876 the building now known as the Church Inn, standing on The Croft, belonged to one Henry Powell, a beerhouse keeper and the property was acquired in 1880 by Robinsons, the Stockport brewers".
