Steps in the Market Place

Not market day, the steps lead up to the Produce Hall on the right. Two phone boxes are in front of the Produce Hall. Other facades of buildings are seen beyond the Produce Hall, including a black and white timber framed building. The cobbles and paving flags are clearly seen, but there are no cars and only 1 pedestrian. Off the picture to the right of the immediate foreground is the steep street, Bridge Street Brow,leading down to Underbank and Merseyway shopping centre.
