Norbury Farm (c.1900). The farm was later demolished in the late 1970s to make way for the new housing estate off Jackson's Lane. The Spar Convenience Store and other shops (Arundel Avenue) now occupy the site, while the back fields are now Moorside Infant and Junior School.
