A rare diesel-electric locomotive - a prototype built in 1953, the only one built by BR Brighton. Engine number 10203 at Jacksons Bridge, Adswood. This was a 1Co-Col diesel-electric built for the Southern Region, an unusual visitor to Stockport. The engine is hauling passenger stock.
