The opening of the New Mission Church at Bredbury Hall, June 1943. The Church later found a permanent home at St Barnabas' Parish Church on Osborne Street, Bredbury. The picture also shows Mr. Wilfred Wood, V. C., driver of the new L.M.S. Engine the "City of Manchester!"
